If you go to a trained piercer, the piercing may not hurt at all and thus will hurt less than a tattoo. If you go to some store at the mall, that ear piercing is probably going to hurt way more than a tattoo. At least for a bit. Always go to a trained piercer for piercings. 1.To clean, dab some cleaning solution around the earring, and rotate it around and push it in/out a few times to make sure the solution gets into the hole itself.
